**Software Engineer, Platform Infrastructure** **About the Role** Join Stripe's Revenue and Financial Automation (RFA) organization to build modern financial management platforms for fast-growing companies. You'll design, build, test, and ship code that powers business-critical features used by hundreds of thousands of Stripe users worldwide. **Key Responsibilities** • Design next-generation products for high-growth needs • Deliver value through collaborative, user-first approaches • Mentor engineers and support their growth • Debug and solve critical production issues across services **Minimum Requirements** • 4-12+ years backend or platform software development experience • High-quality code writing ability (Go, Java, C/C++, etc.) • Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems • Strong collaboration and cross-team communication skills • Ability to work autonomously with entrepreneurial mindset **Preferred Qualifications** • Event-driven architecture familiarity • Subscription management or usage-based billing experience • Interest in financial infrastructure and revenue operations • Direct leadership and mentorship background
