Global presence across U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. **The Role** Join the Autonomy Capabilities Team developing functionality to automate single- and multi-agent teams of platforms. This team: - Operates across all command-and-control hierarchy levels - Covers advanced control laws, motion planning, tactical behaviors, and multi-agent coordination - Supports diverse mission sets, platform types, and operational domains (air, sea, space) **What You'll Do** - Solve complex problems across diverse programs and integration contexts - Address operational system needs using advanced methodologies - Blend traditional control system approaches with advanced optimization - Integrate solutions into real-world platforms with near-term program impacts **Key Focus Areas** - Fundamentals: aircraft kinematics/dynamics, trajectory design, optimization, information fusion, efficient algorithms - Software integration: structures, protocols, threading, interface management - Balance theory with practice and rigorous implementation **Ideal Candidate** Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and can seamlessly integrate market-differentiating capabilities into customer systems.
