Global presence across U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. **The Role** The Autonomous Pilot Integration team builds autonomy solutions across diverse mission sets and platforms (air, maritime, space, effects/expendables). You'll: • Write autonomy code including mission behaviors, platform-specific control, multi-agent coordination, contingencies, and executive autonomy • Own code end-to-end: software-in-the-loop → hardware-in-the-loop → vehicle-in-the-loop → live test exercises • Partner with Autonomy Capabilities, Perception teams, feature crews, and external platform integrators • See your code operate in the real world—flying, sailing, orbiting, or downrange **Senior Staff Level Responsibilities** • Own technical direction across multiple programs • Drive autonomy reference implementation and common patterns for portfolio adoption • Anticipate and guide evolution of the autonomy stack • Serve as subject-matter expert on hard, ambiguous problems • Mentor senior engineers and team leads • Drive cross-team improvements in rigor and process • Represent team to engineering leadership, program offices, and standards bodies **What We're Looking For** Hands-on engineers who want to see their code operate in the real world and be there when it does.
