As a publicly traded company, we're bridging traditional finance with the emerging cryptoeconomy. **The Department: Compliance** Our Compliance team manages financial crime prevention in a complex regulatory environment, combining technology, legal, and operational expertise. **The Role** You'll lead the modernization of our Compliance program through AI and automation initiatives, including agentic AI workflows. You'll ensure solutions are scalable, secure, auditable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead design and implementation of AI-enabled automation across the Compliance Program • Develop and optimize transaction monitoring systems and scenarios • Maintain customer risk scoring models and drive effective segmentation • Enhance sanctions controls and screening procedures • Build real-time data solutions using Python or SQL • Establish governance and controls for AI-enabled solutions • Partner across Engineering, Product, Data, Legal, and Security teams **Minimum Qualifications** • BA/BS degree • 7+ years in compliance technology and data analysis (financial services, digital assets, or consulting) • Advanced Python and SQL skills (required) • Experience designing AI-enabled automation or agentic AI workflows • Understanding of software development lifecycle • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • US work authorization and English fluency **Preferred Qualifications** • AML/BSA/Sanctions regulatory knowledge • Blockchain tracing/analytics experience • Hands-on generative AI, LLM, or agentic workflow experience • Responsible AI and governance familiarity • Databricks and PySpark experience **Compensation & Benefits** Competitive starting pay ($140,000 - $200,000 in NY), discretionary bonus, equity grant, comprehensive health plans, 401K matching, paid parental leave, and flexible time off. **Work Arrangement** Hybrid at hub offices with flexibility; remote workforce option available. In-person onboarding required.
