**Senior Machine Learning Engineer** **Location:** Greater Seattle area (Hybrid) **About the Role** Join Truveta's Intelligence Platform and Applications team to engineer the next wave of healthcare AI. You'll develop adaptive agentic systems and fine-tuned foundation models that continuously learn, reason, and accelerate real-world impact in healthcare. **What You'll Do** • Design and build multi-agent AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI • Develop and optimize large language models and multimodal models through fine-tuning • Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Azure AI Search) • Create scalable, production-ready ML systems that integrate seamlessly into large platforms • Mentor peers and set technical direction on AI capabilities • Partner across teams to transform AI concepts into reliable solutions **What We're Looking For** • 5+ years building and deploying scalable, production-ready ML systems • Hands-on expertise with agentic AI frameworks and LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT, TRL) • Deep understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, and vector databases • Strong software engineering fundamentals with Python proficiency • Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field • Senior-level ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills **What We Offer** • Competitive salary: $175,000–$200,000 (based on experience and location) • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) plan • Flexible work hours and generous PTO • Parental leave • Professional development opportunities • Team activities and collaborative culture **Important Note** All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
