## Senior Associate, Ad Ops Platform ### About the Team The Ad Ops Platform team is part of DoorDash's Ads & Promotions organization. We build internal tools, automations, and data workflows that help ad operations and cross-functional teams launch and manage advertising campaigns with greater speed, accuracy, and scale. ### About the Role As a Senior Associate on the Ad Ops Platform team, you'll design and ship automations, data workflows, and internal tools that make ad operations faster and more accurate. You'll work directly with operators to identify manual processes and replace them with reliable systems you build and own end to end. **In your first 90 days:** Ship your first automations and map out operational processes with the most room for improvement. **Over time, success looks like:** - Measurable hours returned to the team - Faster and more accurate campaign execution - A growing set of tools operators rely on daily ### What You'll Do - Build and own automations, data workflows, and internal tools end to end - Partner directly with ad operations to identify high-leverage manual work - Use SQL, scripting, and AI tools to turn operational data into fast, accurate processes - See direct impact in hours saved, errors reduced, and faster campaign launches - Bring ideas for new projects and experiment with operational improvements ### What We're Looking For - 3+ years building automations or tools that eliminated manual work - Ability to write and ship code (Python, scripting, or similar) - Hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools in real workflows - Fluent in SQL with independent data querying and analysis skills - Bachelor's degree and energized by open-ended, ambiguous problems ### Compensation & Benefits **Base Salary Range:** $87,000 – $128,000 USD **Benefits Include:** - Equity grant opportunities - 401(k) with employer matching - 16 weeks paid parental leave - Flexible PTO + 80 hours paid sick time annually - Medical, dental, vision coverage - 11 paid holidays - Wellness and commuter benefits - Mental health program *Salary determined by skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.*
