The company has raised over $100M in funding, including a $53M Series E round in 2025, and is backed by leading venture firms including Sequoia, Sofina, and Temasek. **The Opportunity** Lead a team of backend and full-stack engineers on the treatments platform, working across nutrition, activity, and medication management. Collaborate with backend, mobile, AI engineers, and clinical operations teams to enhance member experience and streamline workflows. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead, coach, and grow an engineering team with hiring, performance management, and career development • Set high engineering standards through system architecture, design reviews, testing, and observability • Champion AI-assisted engineering practices to increase impact and velocity • Partner with product, design, and operations on roadmap and prioritization • Drive metrics-driven decisions using business and platform health data • Integrate Generative AI and Predictive AI features with the Core AI team • Participate in on-call rotations and travel to Menlo Park headquarters **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's in Computer Science or STEM field (Master's preferred) • 8+ years software engineering experience; 3+ years managing engineering teams • Strong backend foundation: microservices, API design, SQL databases, event-driven architectures • Production systems experience: observability, incident management, performance optimization • Hands-on AI-assisted development workflow experience • Proven stakeholder collaboration and roadmap governance skills • Excellent written and verbal communication **Preferred Qualifications** • Healthcare or regulated environment (HIPAA) experience • Generative AI and Predictive AI exposure **Compensation & Benefits** **Salary:** $205,000 - $235,000 USD annually • Competitive compensation package • Equity participation • Unlimited vacation with manager approval • 16 weeks paid parental leave (delivering parents); 8 weeks (non-delivering parents) • 100% employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, vision; 80% family coverage • 401(k) retirement plan • Remote position (U.S.-based; must be authorized to work in the U.S.) **Note:** All official communications come from twinhealth.com email addresses.
