As a publicly traded company, we're bridging traditional finance with the emerging cryptoeconomy. **The Department: Enterprise Risk** Risk at Gemini manages financial and non-financial risks in a complex, evolving landscape. We develop innovative approaches using cutting-edge tools and processes. **The Role** We're seeking a quantitative, technically proficient individual to evolve our risk management from reactive, manual processes to proactive, automated, and agentic models. You'll own the design and implementation of continuous control monitoring systems using AI agents to detect, escalate, and remediate risk across the enterprise. **Key Responsibilities** • **Continuous Control Monitoring** – Design and implement automated monitoring frameworks across all risk domains (Credit, Fraud, Operational, Compliance) • **Agentic Risk Infrastructure** – Develop and deploy AI agents for proactive anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and risk mitigation • **Enterprise Risk Analytics** – Interpret complex datasets to develop predictive models and detection tools • **Risk Governance & Reporting** – Maintain AI/model risk inventory and develop automated dashboards for KRI tracking • **Cross-Functional Collaboration** – Partner with Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams **Minimum Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Finance, Engineering) • 3-5 years in risk management, analytics, or related technical domain • Strong SQL and Python skills • Experience with AI/agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.) • Experience designing automated monitoring systems • Ability to communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** • BI/Data Visualization experience (Tableau, Looker) • Model Risk Management (MRM) background • AWS Bedrock, GCP, or open-source LLM experience • MLOps/AIOps experience **Compensation & Benefits** Competitive starting pay, discretionary bonus, equity grant, comprehensive health plans, 401K matching, paid parental leave, flexible time off **Salary Range:** $99,400 - $142,000 (New York) **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid at hub offices; remote workforce option available.
