**Senior Data Analyst - CX Automation Intelligence & Insights** **Location:** Hybrid - Newark, NJ **The Role** Anchor the data strategy driving HelloFresh's automation-first transformation. As the embedded analytics lead within the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, and CX Automation teams to understand customer journeys and deliver insights that improve satisfaction, retention, and efficiency. **What You'll Do** • Own the data strategy for automation and chatbot analytics infrastructure • Monitor user intents and trends to diagnose system bugs early and establish KPIs for bot containment and NLP accuracy • Conduct deep-dive analyses of chat transcripts and user journeys using semantic clustering and LLM evaluation • Optimize and secure the reporting environment with advanced visualization techniques • Partner cross-functionally to translate customer log data into roadmap strategies • Deliver core business reporting including Monthly Business Reviews and EBIT reviews **What You'll Bring** • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL • Experience with next-gen agentic workflow stacks (Claude Code, Cursor) • Proven track record designing high-visibility BI solutions and dashboards • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Passion for solving complex operational problems in fast-paced environments **Benefits** • Competitive salary with immediate 401k company match • 16 weeks parental leave & generous PTO • $0 monthly premium health plans • Up to 85% off HelloFresh subscription • Emergency child and adult care services • Snacks & monthly catered lunches **Pay Range:** $101,000 – $117,000 USD
