## Senior GTM AI Engineer **The Role** Design, build, and scale AI engines, context-aware agents, and workflow automations that turn static enterprise data into proactive decision intelligence across the Go-to-Market organization. Own the multi-year GTM AI technical roadmap and build the intelligence platform that optimizes Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. **Full-time, exempt position | Oakland, CA | Hybrid (M/W/Th in office, Tu/Fr remote)** **What You'll Do** • Design and deploy conversational AI experiences, intelligent assistants, and context-aware agents • Implement AI agents and automated workflows to eliminate repetitive manual execution • Develop decision intelligence capabilities to proactively flag deal risks and opportunities • Own GTM AI strategy, unified knowledge architectures, and governed semantic layers • Establish AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices • Lead AI adoption and change management across the organization • Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate operational needs into scalable solutions **About You** • 5+ years in GTM analytics, revenue operations, business systems, or data products • 2+ years hands-on building and shipping production AI agents or workflow automations • Experience developing LLM-powered applications (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or comparable) • Experience designing and shipping AI agents with tool calling, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls • Production AI systems evaluation experience (accuracy, hallucinations, safety, latency, cost) • Working proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Systems thinking combined with B2B SaaS business judgment • Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • **Authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship not available)** **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 $154,000–$213,000 + equity 🏥 Medical, dental, vision | Mental health support | Parental leave 💼 401(k) matching (up to 4%) | Competitive equity 🌴 17 PTO days + 11 holidays + 4 Everlawlidays | Learning & development budget 🏠 Hybrid flexibility | Home internet reimbursement | Desk setup stipend 🍽️ Catered lunch daily + snacks **About Everlaw** Litigation and investigation management platform using AI to turn mountains of messy data into the facts that win cases.
