Teams are agile, customer-focused, and work hand-in-hand with UX and PM daily. **Key Responsibilities** • Drive delivery of business outcomes, planning, schedule, and execution • Lead cross-team and cross-organization efforts with predictable results • Collaborate with PM and UX on actionable, valuable work • Ensure end-to-end quality and ownership of monitoring and production issues • Hire and develop team members • Coach individuals in professional and technical development • Champion AI tools and practices to accelerate development and team velocity **What You'll Need** • Experience leading and mentoring successful teams • Experience delivering high-quality iOS and/or Android experiences • Experience managing core contributions and cross-team engagements • Experience with GraphQL, microservices, and modern mobile technologies • Hands-on approach with high agency and creative problem-solving • Commitment to building diverse, high-performing teams **Compensation** Base salary ranges by geographic zone: • Zone A: $230,000 – $368,000 USD • Zone B: $200,000 – $320,000 USD • Zone C: $180,000 – $288,000 USD Plus equity, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. **Work Model** Remote-friendly with hybrid collaboration expectations by region. 📋 Learn more: https://careers.toasttab.com
