No-ego culture of collaboration and innovation with hybrid work model (2 core days in office). **What You'll Do** Own billing system operations and drive optimization of Zuora and order-to-cash applications. Build solutions to identify and resolve issues across billing/payments, partnering cross-functionally with Finance, CX, and Enterprise Information Systems teams. **Primary Responsibilities** • System administrator for order-to-cash applications (Zuora, AvaTax, payment processors) • Design and implement internal controls across order-to-cash processes • Partner with Finance, Tax, CX, and eCommerce stakeholders on system needs • Monitor system effectiveness and recommend improvements • Support engineering with acceptance criteria, testing, and stakeholder approvals • Set standards and best practices for system administration **What You'll Bring** • 3+ years hands-on experience with Zuora or similar order-to-cash platform • 5+ years in business systems, operations, or financial systems roles • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline • Strong analytical and communication skills • Experience writing functional requirements and test/release plans • Track record designing controls and root-causing failures • Knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes • Independent operator comfortable with cross-functional teams • Interest in AI tools for process improvement • Preferred: SQL, AvaTax, Paymentech, Tableau, Jira **Compensation & Benefits** $89,000 - $119,000 base salary + bonus, equity, comprehensive benefits, free SimpliSafe system, ERGs, and professional development opportunities. **Company Values** Customer Obsessed • Aim High • No Ego • One Team • Lift As We Climb • Lean & Nimble
