**Flight Software (FSW) Engineer - Platform - HITL Infrastructure** **About the Role** Anduril Industries is seeking a HITL and integration test focused software engineer to develop and proliferate software infrastructure for bringing up, managing, and running tests against integrated testbeds. This role focuses on testbed configuration management, remote access, OPSEC segregation, integration test framework development, and third-party tool integration. **What You'll Do** • Develop a robust integration test framework for SITL and HITL environments • Create scalable infrastructure for testbed configuration management • Enable shared hardware resource access across OPSEC isolation boundaries • Proliferate HITL and test infrastructure across diverse programs (aircraft, autonomous boats, space-based interceptors, etc.) **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or related technical discipline • Advanced proficiency with Python • Familiarity with C/C++ • Hands-on experience with HITL or SITL simulation operations (test setup, execution, debugging) • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • Advanced proficiency with C/C++ • Experience developing sub-system and system level models • Flight test support experience with on-site operations • Experience with avionics emulation/simulation interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, serial protocols, custom hardware) • Demonstrated ability to operate HITL labs supporting multiple concurrent flight test programs **Compensation & Benefits** US Salary Range: $129,000 – $220,000 USD Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits included for full-time employees.
