**Manager, Information Security** **About Synack** Synack's Penetration Testing as a Service platform manages customers' attack surfaces by discovering new assets, pentesting for critical vulnerabilities, and gaining visibility into security risks. We've uncovered 71,000+ exploitable vulnerabilities, protecting Global 2000 customers and U.S. agencies in a FedRAMP Moderate Authorized environment. **The Role** We're seeking an Information Security Compliance Manager with deep expertise in ISO, SOC, CMMC, and FedRAMP compliance. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure proper security controls and monitoring. **Key Responsibilities** • Automate System Security Plans (SSP), Security Concept of Operations, Risk Management Matrix, and Security Impact Analysis • Develop and maintain automated Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) • Own inventory and risk assessments of AI/agentic systems aligned to NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001 • Build automated evidence collection and control-drift monitoring for security controls • Codify security controls into IaC guardrails, CNAPP policies, and CI/CD checks • Communicate with stakeholders on compliance issues aligned to CIS and NIST standards • Coordinate vendor security assessments and third-party risk assessments • Contribute to AI/automation adoption within Information Security operations **Required Experience** • 8+ years in IT Security Strategy, Risk Management, IT Audit, and Compliance with a Cloud Service Provider • Python, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline experience • Enterprise GRC tools, event monitoring (Datadog, Stackdriver, Azure Sentinel) • SOAR, auto-remediation platforms, and detection engineering/SIEM • CNAPP, SDLC security tools, secrets management, and workload identity • Knowledge of ISO27000, ISO42001, OWASP, SOC2, GDPR, CMMC, FedRAMP, and NIST • Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Requirements** ⚠️ U.S. citizenship required due to federal government contract requirements **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 $150,000 - $180,000 (based on location, level, experience, and skills) 📦 Equity and benefits included *Synack is committed to embracing diversity and inclusion.*
