**Release Management Lead** **About the Role** Epic Games is seeking a quality-focused Senior Release Manager to oversee the build and release process for the Fortnite Ecosystem. You'll work with producers, programmers, build engineers, and QA teams while managing a sub-team of release managers. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop new practices and structures to scale release management across the Game Dev ecosystem • Own scheduling, coordination, quality control, and external certification across multiple platforms • Serve as liaison between development teams, coordinating plans and releases • Determine release content plans with publishing and development teams • Monitor automated build and integration processes with QA and Build Engineers • Establish and maintain bug triage processes and coordinate release notes and approvals **What We're Looking For** • Strong production/project management and people management experience • Demonstrated ability in process development and improvement • Experience with build and release processes for SaaS or Games as a Service products • Familiarity with Perforce, Jira, Grafana, and AirTable • Exposure to platform certification processes • Technical orientation with strong software development understanding • Knowledge of game development and experience with shipped/live titles **Why Join Epic** Competitive benefits including 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision; mental health support through Modern Health; unlimited PTO and sick time; paid sabbatical after 7 years; and company-wide paid breaks throughout the year. **About Epic Games** A leading interactive entertainment company for 30+ years, creating award-winning games and the Unreal Engine technology used across gaming, media, automotive, and architectural design industries.
