**Eng - Software Development III** **Location Details:** Hybrid or fully remote position (as decided by your manager). As part of GoDaddy's Professional Email team, you'll solve complex challenges in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI while modernizing critical platforms. **What You'll Get to Do:** • Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable APIs and services • Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS • Architect and implement modern solutions for performance, reliability, and security • Leverage AI technologies to enhance development workflows • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues • Drive continuous improvement through automation and modernization • Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, resilient solutions **Your Experience Should Include:** • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with extensive Python development • Experience with cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers, GitHub Actions, or similar tools • Strong understanding of networking, SSH, logging, monitoring, and security best practices • Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems in production **You Might Also Have:** • Experience with email platforms and protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3, DKIM, SPF, DMARC) • Experience developing services in Go (GoLang) • Familiarity with large-scale SaaS platforms and cloud-native architectures • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve engineering productivity *We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't align perfectly with every requirement.
