**Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead – Logistics & Supply Chain Management** **Company:** Tessera Labs AI **Role Type:** Senior consulting engagement – full-time or contract **Location:** Nearshore (Mexico or Brazil) – remote-based delivery **Reports To:** Program Director / Engagement Lead **About the Role** Tessera Labs AI is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead to own the Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstream for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This is a greenfield implementation with no legacy SCM configuration to carry forward – an opportunity to stand up Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, Indirect Procurement, and related logistics processes from a blank slate. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead business process workshops with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders • Own end-to-end functional configuration of Oracle Fusion modules (Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement) • Lead the Indirect Procurement value stream • Configure Oracle article/item master setup aligned with fashion and apparel industry best practices • Design integrations connecting Oracle Fusion to Shopify for e-commerce order and inventory synchronization • Design integrations to warehouse management systems for outbound and inbound logistics • Translate requirements into working Oracle Fusion design and configuration • Own documentation from business requirement through configuration and test **Requirements** • Excellent business English (spoken and written) for direct stakeholder and leadership engagement • Experience with greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations • Strong knowledge of SCM, Inventory Management, and Procurement modules • Cross-functional workshop facilitation and business analysis skills • Integration design experience
