**Software Engineer II** at Omada Health **About the Role:** Join the Enrollment team to build technology that moves prospective members through eligibility verification, plan selection, and activation. You'll work on high-impact features that influence conversion and time-to-enrollment while collaborating with Product and Marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities:** • Design and implement enrollment funnel tools (eligibility verification, plan matching, signup, activation) • Deliver high-quality web application code with thorough testing and code reviews • Spend majority of time on hands-on coding and learning from experienced engineers • Work with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of daily development • Participate in on-call rotation for reliability and issue resolution **Required Experience:** • 3-5 years writing readable, tested, and efficient code • Ruby (preferred) or Python • Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) • Designing scalable, maintainable, and secure APIs • CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) • Hands-on comfort directing AI coding agents beyond simple autocomplete • Docker and Kubernetes • Exposure to LLMs and GenAI best practices **Tech Stack:** Ruby on Rails, React, AWS (RDS/PostgreSQL, SQS, S3), GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, agentic coding tools **Benefits:** Competitive salary, equity grants, ESPP, remote-first culture, flexible time off, generous parental leave, comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401k, LSA, mental health support **Salary Ranges by Zone:** Zone 1: $147,200–$184,000 | Zone 2: $140,800–$176,000 | Zone 3: $128,000–$160,000
