This hands-on role spans Salesforce, quote-to-cash, GTM tooling, data, integrations, and internal applications. Work directly with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps to improve operations in an AI-native world. **What You'll Do** • Own major GTM systems projects end-to-end from design through implementation • Lead evolution of quote-to-cash infrastructure (CPQ, pricing, approvals, contracting, billing) • Build systems supporting complex enterprise deals with usage-based pricing and custom terms • Create internal tooling and automation for GTM and Finance teams • Leverage AI in automation, applications, data migration, and workflow optimization • Implement strong engineering practices: testing, version control, monitoring, system design • Partner with GTM and Finance leaders on strategy and prioritization **Who You Are** • 3-5 years building and owning systems for modern GTM organizations • Deep Salesforce expertise: data models, automation, permissions, integrations, scaling • Meaningful quote-to-cash and CPQ experience • Excited about using AI to transform the Systems function • Builder mentality—comfortable moving from technical implementation to business conversations • Committed to durable, maintainable solutions **Compensation** $190,000 - $240,000 USD per year + meaningful equity (ISO options with early exercise and 10-year post-termination window) **Note:** Hightouch participates in E-Verify (post-hire verification only)
