**R&D Applications Specialist** **Location:** Somerset, NJ **Team:** Information Technology **About Legend Biotech** Global biotechnology company dedicated to treating and curing life-threatening diseases. We advance next-generation cell therapy through innovative technologies including CAR-T, TCR-T, and NK cell-based therapies. **Role Overview** Assist in the operation of laboratory IT capabilities and R&D systems. Responsible for operation maintenance and implementation/development of enhancements for applications used in R&D laboratories. **Key Responsibilities** • Administer and maintain Equipment/Asset Platform (Blue Mountain RAM), LIMS/ELN (Labvantage), and other lab applications • Configure/enhance BMRAM per business requirements and ensure compliance • Configure/develop enhancements to LabVantage LIMS/ELN system • Create and maintain master data/static data in lab systems • Troubleshoot instrument software and computer-instrument connectivity • Manage user account provisioning on equipment, instruments, and scientific software • Collaborate with laboratory, manufacturing, and IT teams • Test changes through dry runs, system test, and user acceptance test • Evaluate and implement processes to improve compliance and efficiency • Execute and document change control procedures • Author, revise, and review procedural documents (SOPs, WIs) • Provide support for compliance and regulatory inspections • Respond to system issues and troubleshoot root causes • Track and document incidents in ITSM system • Maintain willingness to learn new skills and technologies **Requirements** • BS degree with 3-5 years experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry • Understanding of laboratory science in life sciences, preferably cell therapy • Knowledge of GxP software administration and configuration • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting lab systems and applications • Direct customer/user interaction and training experience • Experience supporting standalone or enterprise computerized systems • Problem-solving skills and commitment to quality • Ability to work on multiple complex projects
