You'll manage a team responsible for moving structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data into Career Edge from legacy systems, databases, flat files, documents, and third-party platforms. Own conversion initiatives from discovery and planning through validation, launch, and post-conversion support. This is a technical leadership and delivery role—not a primary coding position. You'll evaluate technical approaches, guide engineers, interpret data, troubleshoot escalated issues, lead the team, manage client relationships, ensure delivery quality, and keep complex conversion initiatives moving forward. --- **Key Responsibilities** • Lead, coach, and develop a team of data conversion engineers and integration specialists • Own multiple client conversion and integration projects from discovery through production launch • Serve as trusted delivery partner and primary escalation point for client stakeholders • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and realistic expectations • Lead conversion-readiness reviews, executive updates, and technical discussions • Translate business requirements into data mappings, transformation rules, and validation plans • Guide design of ingestion solutions involving databases, APIs, JSON, XML, CSV files, and OCR • Coordinate conversion rehearsals, reconciliation, cutover planning, and production migration • Identify delivery risks, data-quality concerns, and scope changes early • Manage escalations with transparent communication and recovery plans • Establish repeatable standards, templates, and quality controls • Monitor delivery metrics: conversion accuracy, defect rates, processing time, and on-time completion --- **Ideal Candidate** • 5+ years in data migration, ETL, software implementation, or technical delivery • 2+ years leading technical teams, projects, or programs • Proven ability to lead people and develop high-performing teams • Experience owning client relationships during complex technical implementations • Confidence presenting to client leaders and executive stakeholders • Demonstrated success managing escalations and restoring client confidence
