You'll design and deliver high-quality, AI-powered applications that solve complex global business challenges while taking ownership of product features. **What You Will Do** • Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and Generative AI workflows • Contribute to key architectural decisions for responsive and intuitive user interfaces • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers • Manage cloud deployment processes and optimize performance • Integrate LLM APIs and backend services • Develop and maintain backend services using Python, NodeJS, or Go • Manage cloud infrastructure with AWS **Minimum Requirements** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Expertise in fullstack web development (React, Next.js, TypeScript) • Proven experience integrating Generative AI and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock) • Strong understanding of web UI/UX best practices • Backend development competence (Python, NodeJS, or Go) • Experience with RAG architectures and prompt engineering • Proven track record building production-grade applications • CI/CD pipeline management experience • AWS or similar cloud platform experience • Excellent communication and solution-oriented mindset • Ability to balance speed and quality in fast-moving environments **Preferred Qualifications** • UX Design experience for AI products • Knowledge of NLP for legal or business applications • Product Management experience or entrepreneurial mindset
