Trusted by brands like Virgin Media O2, Oatly, and TomTom. **Job Summary** As a Documentation Engineer II, you'll create and maintain documentation for products, processes, and training materials while collaborating across teams to ensure accurate, accessible information for internal and external users. **Key Responsibilities** • Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority, supporting developers, agencies, and customers • Create and maintain developer tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation • Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples showcasing Storyblok's capabilities • Help teammates overcome obstacles and resolve blockers • Mentor teammates while seeking guidance to grow your own experience **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years web development experience • Proven technical writing and documentation experience • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent • CMS experience (Headless CMS a plus) • RESTful API knowledge (GraphQL a plus) • Working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, Svelte) • Git proficiency • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools effectively • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision **What We Offer** • Monthly remote work stipend and home office equipment package • Home office upgrades or co-working space membership • 25 days annual leave plus local holidays, sick leave, and parental leave • Personal development fund for courses, books, and conferences • Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) • Annual international team-building trip and regular online gatherings • Flexible schedules with work-life balance at core • International team with fun, collaborative culture **Work Environment** Fully remote role based in Poland with flexible scheduling.
