Global presence across U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. **Role** Join the Guidance Navigation Control engineering team to research and develop state-of-the-art algorithms for high-performance flight. Work on an agile team grounded in first principles to push the boundaries of GNC technology. **Required Qualifications** • BS in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering (Control Systems focus) • 7+ years related experience (Bachelor's); 6+ years (Master's); 4+ years (PhD); or equivalent • Production C++ experience • Matlab and Simulink proficiency • Expert knowledge of aircraft dynamics, control, stability, and handling qualities • Control systems tuning and optimization in simulation and real-world environments • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills • Ability to obtain SECRET clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • MS or PhD in relevant engineering discipline • Modern Control Theory experience (LQR/LQG, Adaptive, Robust, MPC) • Linear aircraft state space model extraction • Servo, INS, air data unit, and vision-based navigation system expertise • Kalman Filter and system identification knowledge • Git and CI/CD familiarity
