**Engineering Manager, Proactive Security - Pods** **About the Team** DoorDash Security is building the industry's most scalable and reliable delivery network. We're expanding our team to secure and maintain a 24x7, global infrastructure system powering DoorDash's multi-sided marketplace. **About the Role** Lead the technical direction for Security Product Engineering at DoorDash globally. You'll set vision for Security Product Engineering Pods, Bug Bounty, and Vulnerability Management teams while reporting directly to the Director of Security Engineering. This is a US remote position. **Key Responsibilities** • Set and execute technical vision for Security Product Engineering, Bug Bounty, and Vulnerability Management • Coach and mentor highly skilled engineers as a "player-coach" • Partner cross-functionally to build proactive security controls (PassKeys, AI Guardrails, Authentication, Secure Remote Access, etc.) • Execute rigorous Bug Bounty, Penetration Testing, and Vulnerability Management programs • Build and maintain high Operational Excellence security services • Influence secure and responsible AI adoption from a Proactive Security perspective **What We're Looking For** • 12+ years as a Security Product Engineer at Internet scale with 3+ years technical leadership • Master's degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or equivalent experience • Demonstrated technical leadership in Account Security, Product Security, and AI Security • Experience designing scalable, AI-enabled Security Review processes • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders globally **Compensation & Benefits** $193,800 – $285,000 USD (based on experience and location) Comprehensive benefits include: 401(k) matching, 16 weeks paid parental leave, medical/dental/vision, flexible PTO, 80 hours paid sick time annually, wellness benefits, and more. **Expected Start Date:** October 25, 2026
