**Enterprise Security Engineer** **About SimpliSafe** High-tech home security company passionate about protecting homes and building careers. Hybrid work model with 2 core office days per week. **The Role** Drive security and governance for the corporate ecosystem. Report to Manager of Enterprise Security and partner with IT, Legal, and business teams. **Primary Responsibilities** • Secure Corporate Application Ecosystem: Own security configuration, threat modeling, and monitoring of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian suite • Harden Enterprise Fleet: Drive improvements in MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android device configuration and management • Govern Enterprise Data: Define and enforce security baselines and data governance strategies for corporate applications and data platforms • Build Guardrails for Secure AI Adoption: Standardize and safely deploy LLMs and generative AI vendors while mitigating data leakage and prompt injection risks • Risk & Vendor Assessments: Evaluate new corporate tools and AI integrations **What You'll Bring** • 4+ years in information security with background in corporate applications, identity architecture, or data protection • Hands-on experience securing modern SaaS platforms and managing access controls • Practical understanding of Zero-Trust and Conditional Access for distributed workforces • Familiarity with AI/LLM security best practices • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with scripting languages and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell) **Compensation & Benefits** • Base Pay: $100,000 - $124,000 • Annual bonus program, equity, and comprehensive benefits • Free SimpliSafe system and professional monitoring • Employee Resource Groups and professional development **Company Values** Customer Obsessed • Aim High • No Ego • One Team • Lift As We Climb • Lean & Nimble
