You'll design and build next-generation generative and agentic AI experiences that accelerate productivity across the organization. **What You'll Be Doing** • **AI UI/UX Design & Implementation** – Translate complex AI processes into intuitive, responsive interfaces • **Front-End Architecture** – Design scalable, accessible component libraries using React and TypeScript • **Human-AI Interaction Patterns** – Prototype novel patterns for conversational AI, agent execution visibility, and dynamic outputs • **Performance & Streaming Optimization** – Optimize real-time AI responses, token streaming, and async state management • **Enterprise Integration** – Connect interfaces to RAG endpoints, Elasticsearch Relevance Engine (ESRE), and agent orchestration APIs • **User-Centered Collaboration** – Partner with UX designers, product managers, and AI engineers to refine workflows based on user feedback • **Accessibility & Design Systems** – Ensure WCAG compliance and alignment with Elastic's design system (EUI) • **AI Observability & Analytics** – Implement tracking for user satisfaction, prompt effectiveness, and interface usability **Ideal Candidate** Skilled front-end engineer with hands-on experience designing AI user experiences, including streaming text, dynamic workflows, agent reasoning visualizations, and multi-modal interactions. User-centered mindset with ability to collaborate across teams.
