**Staff Full Stack Engineer** **Location:** Remote **About the Role:** Ordergroove is hiring a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to help bring relationship commerce to the next level with autonomous subscription programs. The Merchant Team builds high-traffic, low-latency subscription experiences for world-recognized consumer brands. You'll lead large initiatives end-to-end, design scalable solutions, and mentor engineers across the team. **What You'll Do:** • Lead brainstorming, scoping, design and architecture of large-scale technical initiatives • Design and develop subscription management and retention features (with AI personalization) • Design and build AI agents for subscriber retention tactics • Serve as a peer technical leader and mentor • Build features across the full stack using frontend and backend frameworks • Set best-in-class standards for frontend development **Who You Are:** • 5+ years full stack software engineering (3+ years at senior level) • Demonstrated ability to independently lead large, ambiguous technical projects • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and CSS • Experience designing scalable full-stack solutions • Backend language and framework experience • Values quality and best-in-class user experience • Passionate about AI and eager to learn • Skilled communicator, comfortable with complex technical discussions **Bonus Points:** • Google Cloud and Kubernetes experience • WCAG Level AA accessibility knowledge • NodeJs, Django, or Go experience • E-commerce or high-traffic SaaS product experience • Track record designing new systems at scale **Compensation:** Starting at $170,000 base salary, plus stock options and competitive benefits. **About Ordergroove:** Ordergroove powers recurring revenue for major retailers including L'Oreal, Dollar Shave Club, and BarkBox.
