Supporting 500,000+ small businesses with teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York. **About the Role** Build, implement, and support AI and automation foundations that make Gusto's revenue engine smarter, faster, and more human. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, AI systems, and GTM strategy—translating business problems into intelligent, scalable workflows that automate manual work and accelerate growth. **Key Responsibilities** • Support GTM AI strategy and roadmap, including technology evaluation and change management • Design and deploy AI-driven workflows that streamline GTM processes and improve sales productivity • Work cross-functionally with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities • Define and maintain evaluation frameworks measuring prompt reliability, latency, cost, and business impact • Implement integrations connecting Salesforce, GTM tools, and data warehouse to AI-powered insights • Contribute to model and vendor evaluation processes • Support rollout and adoption of AI initiatives with clear ownership and measurable outcomes • Collaborate on automation patterns and guardrails for safe, efficient operations **What We're Looking For** • 4-6 years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Product (high-growth SaaS) OR 2-4 years in AI-focused companies • Demonstrated experience building operational systems or automation that improved productivity and revenue outcomes • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools, agents, and automation workflows • Experience with GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, data warehouses) • Strong program execution and prioritization skills • Technical background valued as a plus • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities • AI-native mindset: curious, adaptable, and excited about transforming revenue operations **Compensation & Benefits** **Base Salary:** $222,000–$242,000 (San Francisco, New York) | $189,473–$205,000 (Denver, Atlanta, Phoenix) **Bonus:** Up to 20% annual variable cash bonus **Benefits:** Competitive base pay, health insurance, 401(k)s, equity (RSUs) **Work Location** Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in office (Denver, San Francisco, New York, or Scottsdale) **Equal Opportunity** Gusto is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
