Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. **What You'll Do** Lead a team within our build, test, and deploy platform organization, which powers CI/CD for CoreWeave engineering. This role blends hands-on technical judgment with people leadership. **Key Responsibilities** • Guide technical direction for CI, build systems, artifact management, and release automation • Identify opportunities to modernize workflows and reduce friction in the SDLC • Uphold standards for reliability, performance, and security while balancing developer experience • Break down roadmap priorities into actionable plans and track business metrics • Manage execution, technical debt tradeoffs, and team unblocking • Grow and support team members through 1:1s, mentorship, and fostering ownership **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing engineers on platform/infrastructure teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field • Hands-on experience building or operating CI, build, or artifact platforms at scale • Solid understanding of SDLC practices, code review workflows, and branching strategies • Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Kubernetes • Track record managing and mentoring engineers • Experience defining and improving business metrics (reliability, velocity, quality) • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and modern CI/build practices (GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, Bazel, etc.) • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, etc.) • Strong communication skills across technical and cross-functional audiences **Preferred Qualifications** • Background in regulated or security-sensitive environments • Familiarity with DORA metrics and delivery performance measurement • Exposure to supply-chain security and compliance • Experience managing distributed teams **Compensation & Benefits** Base Salary: $182,000 - $242,000 • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% paid by CoreWeave) • Company-paid life insurance • Short and long-term disability insurance • 401(k) with generous employer match • Flexible PTO • Tuition reimbursement • Mental wellness benefits and family-forming support • Paid parental leave • Flexible childcare support • Catered lunch at office and data center locations **Equal Opportunity** CoreWeave is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
