**Software Engineer II, Delivery** **About the Role** Build and operate the systems engineers use to release and deploy software to production. You'll independently deliver well-scoped engineering projects, contribute to technical design, and improve the reliability and usability of systems that sit directly in the path to production. **What You'll Do** • Build and improve services, automation, and developer tooling for safe software releases and deployments • Develop reliable deployment capabilities including progressive rollouts, health analysis, and automated rollback • Improve visibility into releases, deployments, configuration, and production state • Enhance reliability, performance, observability, and usability of Delivery systems • Replace manual workflows with reusable, self-service capabilities • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation in software delivery **Minimum Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent) + 3 years professional software engineering experience • Experience developing production software with general-purpose programming languages • Experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software or infrastructure • Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, deployment systems, or backend services • Ability to independently deliver well-scoped projects from design through production • Experience using AI-assisted development tools across the software engineering lifecycle **Preferred Qualifications** • Kubernetes, AWS, containers, and infrastructure as code experience • Knowledge of deployment platforms, release automation, or internal developer platforms • Experience with progressive delivery practices (canary deployments, automated health analysis) • Experience with GitOps or tools like Argo CD, Helm • Experience building AI-enabled developer workflows **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **US Remote:** $142,000 – $196,600 USD 💰 **Canada Remote:** $136,000 – $165,000 CAD ✓ Bonus opportunities and annual equity grants ✓ 401(k)/Group RRSP with company match ✓ Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) ✓ Paid time off, family leave, and wellness allowance ✓ Annual productivity allowance ✓ Employee Assistance Program **Location:** Remote (US & Canada) **Travel:** Occasional team onsites (1-2x quarterly, 2-4 days)
