**Manager, Analytics Engineering, Data & AI Foundations** **About the Role** Lead Analytics Engineers responsible for shared data foundations, platform capabilities, and AI-enabled workflows across HubSpot's Analytics Engineering organization. You'll work with analytics managers, analysts, and technical partners to identify friction points and translate feedback into strategy and prioritized roadmaps. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead and develop a team of Analytics Engineers with focus on career growth, hiring, and retention • Set team vision and operating model, translating organizational goals into focused roadmaps • Partner with Analytics Engineering managers to improve composable agents, semantic models, and developer tooling • Collaborate with analysts and analytics committees to incorporate feedback into platform strategy • Review architecture and implementation approaches; establish scalable standards • Prioritize cross-functional initiatives and manage resource allocation • Own core platform assets, tooling, reusable patterns, and automation • Advance composable agentic Analytics Engineering delivery and AI-assisted workflows • Guide development of semantic models and metric layers • Establish standards for data modeling, testing, code review, documentation, and observability • Build enablement programs and contribute hands-on when needed **Required Experience** • Leadership experience with Analytics Engineers or similar technical data professionals • Ability to define vision and translate into practical strategy and roadmap • Strong understanding of analyst workflows and shared data assets • Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, Snowflake, dbt, and Looker • Hands-on dbt experience with scalable modeling patterns and development workflows • Experience building shared data platform assets, semantic models, or metric layers • Experience with AI-assisted development and agentic workflows • Track record leading complex, cross-functional data initiatives • Experience driving change and adoption across large organizations • Strong prioritization and project management skills • DevOps mindset with focus on automation and continuous improvement • Strong communication and ability to distill technical decisions into business terms • Experience with globally distributed teams and GitHub Enterprise Cloud • Python experience is a plus **About HubSpot** HubSpot is an AI-powered customer platform helping millions of organizations grow better.
