As a publicly traded company, we're bridging traditional finance with the emerging cryptoeconomy. **The Role** Architect and solve complex problems that directly influence the digital asset space. You'll work on everything from securing customer funds to developing innovative blockchain products to optimizing API response times. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop new products and features as part of a 2-8 person team • Write automated tests and collaborate with QA • Provide technical input to planning and design processes • Review code for correctness, style, and security • Improve performance and maintainability of the codebase • Support production software and respond to alerts • Design and test operating systems level software • Oversee risk systems and monitoring tools • Own technical issues through resolution **Minimum Qualifications** • 5+ years of software engineering experience • Advanced proficiency in at least one language (Scala, C++, or TypeScript preferred) • Strong cross-team collaboration skills • Customer and product-focused mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with Bitcoin, Ethereum, or blockchain technology • Finance, payments, trading, or exchange systems background **Compensation & Benefits** • Base Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 (NY) • Discretionary annual bonus • Equity grant • Comprehensive health plans • 401K with company matching • Paid parental leave • Flexible time off • Hybrid work at hub offices *Equal opportunity employer.
