**SecOps Specialist** Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets—trusted by major financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies. The Security & Information team is looking for someone with a roll-up-their-sleeves mentality to help enhance security infrastructure, improve networking, ensure scalability, and maintain strong security as we grow. --- ## What you’ll do - Secure and protect infrastructure by managing and administering security-related technologies, platforms, and tools - Provide security expertise and guidance to the team - Build and own solutions to quickly identify breach attempts, contain and eradicate threats - Streamline security incident response processes - Continuously test controls - Use threat intelligence to help the business make informed decisions - Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - **Required shifts on some weekends and nights** --- ## Responsibilities - Investigate alerts, triage, deep dive, and produce action items and remediation plans - Perform host-based analysis, artifact analysis, and malware analysis for investigations and incident response - Coordinate investigation and containment activities with business stakeholders and other groups - Develop incident analysis and findings reports for management (including gaps and recommendations) - Recommend or develop new detection logic and tune existing sensors/security controls - Work with security solution owners to assess detection/mitigation capabilities for relevant TTPs - Create custom SIEM queries and dashboards to support monitoring and detection of advanced TTPs --- ## Minimum Requirements - **3+ years** experience in Incident Response / Cyber Security Operations Center (in-house or outsourced) - Creating, escalating, and managing security incidents - Producing incident reports - Experience managing low to high-risk cybersecurity events, alerts, and incidents - Event monitoring and analysis; responding to and escalating IT/DevOps security events, threats, and vulnerabilities - Collaborating with stakeholders to drive incident response
